Honey and Home Style — small home, small budget, styled beautifully.
Honey and Home Style is a home decor blog for renters and small-space dwellers. We publish renter-safe, budget-honest decorating ideas and styling formulas for small living rooms, studios and apartments — no drilling, no renovating, no overspending.
Welcome to Honey and Home Style — a decor blog written for one very specific reader: someone living in a small home they don’t own, on a budget that doesn’t stretch to a renovation. If your living room is also your office, your “entryway” is the back of the front door, and your lease has opinions about nail holes, you’ll feel at home here.
Everything on this site follows three rules. It has to work in a genuinely small space — studios and one-bedroom rentals, not “small” magazine rooms. It has to be renter-safe: no drilling, no permanent changes, nothing your deposit would argue with. And it has to respect a real budget, with honest price bands on every idea, not “affordable” finds that cost more than your rent.
Instead of endless inspiration photos you’ll never copy, we teach styling formulas — the simple measurements, ratios and repeatable steps behind rooms that look put-together — so you can recreate the look in your room, with your furniture, at your pace.
